PEARL

The new PEARL procedure combines the effectiveness of a resurfacing laser with the safety of a cool laser. 
It reduces wrinkles, smoothes out rough texture, and wipes away brown age spots with only a few days of downtime.   This procedure even improves those fine lines under the eyes.

During a PEARL treatment the very top layer of skin is gently detached with pulses of light.  Simultaneously, the laser sends heat into the deeper layers of skin to produce new collagen.  The top layer then forms a natural protective dressing while you are producing new, fresh skin underneath.   Three to four days later the dressing peels off and your fresh, radiant skin emerges.
