Brilliant Distinctions

Brilliant Distinctions is a consumer loyalty program offered by Allergen, the manufacturer of Botox, Juvederm and Latisse. Patients can earn points from each treatment of Botox, Juvederm and the purchase of Latisse which can then be used to create a coupon for dollars off future treatments of Botox, Juvederm and Latisse purchases. The wonderful part of this program is that as you continue to receive Botox and Juvederm treatments, you will see larger savings.

How do I register for the program?

Patients who were participants in any previous Botox Cosmetic program were automatically registered and should have received an email from Allergan, providing information for this new program. If you did not receive an email, call the Brilliant Distinctions Help Desk at 1 888 324 2745. They are available 9AM- 9PM EST Monday through Friday.

For New Botox Patients: We will provide you with a Brilliant Distinctions brochure at the time of your first Botox or Juvederm treatment. Instructions are included in the brochure for registering and participation in the program.

What do I have to do to earn points?

To begin earning points with each Botox and Juvederm treatment, simply register by calling the BD Help Desk or go online to the Brilliant Distinctions Website at: www.BrilliantDistinctionsProgram.com and click on the "Register Now" link. Once you are registered, let us know so we can create a voucher each time you have a treatment. The program only allows you to earn a voucher once every three months.

How many points do I need to redeem a coupon?

How do I get a coupon to use for my treatments?

Prior to coming to our office for a treatment, log onto the Brilliant Distinctions Website and choose “Redeem Points”. The screen will show you how many points you have available to you. Make your selection as to how many points you would like to use and click “Create Coupon”. Print this coupon and bring it to your Botox or Juvederm appointment. This amount will then be taken off your treatment charge.

What happens if I forget to print a coupon?

Since this is a program created and maintained by Allergan and not by our office, we cannot honor any discounts offered by the Brilliant Distinctions program unless a printed coupon is presented at the time of your selected treatment.

Do I have to do anything after the treatment?

Yes. Once you have received your treatment, we will let the program know that you have received a Botox or Juvederm treatment. The Brilliant Distinctions Program will then email you a reminder with the points you earned from having this treatment. Please note that there is an expiration date on this reminder email. We strongly suggest that upon receiving the email, you log onto the Brilliant Distinctions Website and “bank” these points. The points will then be available to you for dollars off your future treatments. If the voucher points reminder is not “banked” or redeemed prior to the expiration date, these earned points will be lost and there is nothing our office can do to get them back for you since this is not our program.

Do the points expire?

The program states that once the points you earned from your Botox or Juvederm treatment or purchase of Latisse are "banked" these points will remain active in your profile for up to two years.
